This purpose built motorcycle carrier has been built since 1999 and is the most over-designed model available! RV Motorcycle Carrier/ hitch rack, Class 3 or 4 hitch required(2" square receiver)for up to 900 lb capacity(quite often the hauling vehicle may be the limiting factor) This rack is for the larger and heavier motorcycles up to 87" long (wheel end to end). The tires shouldn't be wider than 210 mm or 8.50 to fit inside the tray.
This carrier has a class 3(2 square) receiver hitch built into the end for towing vehicles up to 3500 lbs max. The hitch on the cycle carrier could be welded on or bolted on. All hardware for the bolt on attachment is included.

The carrier is modular in design and is interchangeable for optimizing the set-up and for later upgrades/changes to the tray size and receiver bracket for adaptability on other vehicles. (in case you change hauling vehicle or cycle). Other accessories can be readily added later as you get experience with the carrier ie bolt on or magnetic lights and other stabilizer bars to simplify the tie down process.
The dimension on the carrier shown here in all of the photos are: 14.75 and 19 (you have your choice of either dimension on the carrier) from hitch pin to center of cycle tray. It is fully adjustable by moving the tray on the receiver assembly to the other bolt pattern available. Are inherently weighted toward the rear due to the rear engine mounting. To offset this weight and not overload the hitch by excess twist(torsion), the mounting position can be adjusted on the carrier by selecting the proper holes. The carrier comes complete with a 9-1/4" wide x 60" long loading ramp for a gentle incline.
The receiver has the integrated anti-wobble/anti-tilt and a pair of cam lock style tie downs to strap the wheels to the tray. The carrier consists of a heavy duty welded steel receiver assembly with side supports, main carrier tray measuring 8.25" wide x 84" long with front wheel chock, 2 vertical stabilizer bars, 1 horizontal sta-bar, and a loading ramp measuring 9.25" wide x 60" long. You add 2-4 tie downs. The integrated anti-chock/anti-tilt is guaranteed to work on ANY HITCH.
