Halfords Advanced 4 Bike Tow Bar Cycle Carrier

Bought today (6.9.26). I need a Fix4Bike carrier, this is a standard one. Cannot return as out of the box, so used! It's been on the car and took back off and that's it. Have the box, tools, straps and locks.
