Japanese postal bicycle made by Maruishi. Designed to carry heavy loads on front and rear. Step through frame, for ladies or gents - from approx 5'5 to 6.

Heavy duty mudguards & chainguard - designed to be used in any weather. Components appear to be original and in good mechanical condition. Chrome parts in good condition, some slight surface pitting to rims.

Paintwork has faded and some scratching, especially to chainguard. Japanese postal decals still on frame, hope to get it translated soon. Front rack and saddle are new/unused. Front rack by Basil, can take 10kg.

New lights and bungee netting for the rack is also included (but not in photographs). These bikes were used by the Japanese postal service from the sixties to nineties, this is an old design, but this bike dates from 1992. Viewings / Collection from CF11 6RY.
