It's had very little use, although unfortunately I have misplaced the keys to lock it to the towbar. Replacement locks can be bought online or directly from Thule, and the lock is in the unlocked position, so is suitable for a change key. Had no problems with it at all.

It is locked via a handbrake style clamp which fits over the tow ball. It can be a little tricky at first to get the clamp to clamp down fully as with all Thule bike carriers. But by moving it up slightly at the back whilst clamping usually does the trick. I have the original box, but do not have the original instructions, although there are lots of YouTube videos showing how it can be easily assembled. It is very easy to piece together.

In total, I've probably used it around 5 to 6 times. It folds easily so you can place it in your boot.
