Thule Tilting Tow Bar 3 Bike Carrier Ride On 9403. The item is used but is in excellent condition and fully functioning.

There are the usual signs of wear on the contact points as you'd expect, but no damage to the frame, the tow hitch, or to the wheel holders. A full set of 6 brand new straps have just been fitted.
