The frame is most likely was made by Pashley. This is a message I received from a person from Haden company, who made the bottom bracket shell for this bicycle. Looking through one of our old catalogues (1980) I can see now that it is not a Post Office bicycle of that period - the reason being that PO bikes had a bent top tube enabling greater adjustment on height of the saddle. Also PO bikes of that period had lamp brackets welded onto the frame and fork. Having said that, there were quite a lot of design changes in the 1990s as the design evolved towards an open frame.
